舊AP還有效，新 AP申請還沒下來，我能用舊 AP嗎？

好像這個問題很有爭議。因為從字麵上理解你沒有拿到新的就離開美國了是自動放棄申請。可是舊的還沒有過期呢。有明白這個問題的大師嗎？謝了。
