Anybody has same experiences?

I recieved the following email on July 27. 2008

Current Status: TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT

If you move while your case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your address.

My problem is that I did not send Application Type: I131 recently. One year ago I did it and got the AP last year and used it during the Christmas already. Anybody has same experience? I have pending I485 case in NSC too which becomes current this month.
