背景: 去年七月放水遞交了140 ，485。PD是06/07。140還沒批準。H1B 將於明年二月三年期滿。
問題1:公司不打算給辦理H1B 延期。看來必須離開。如果離開現公司，找一相同職
位的工作，需要重新申請140和PERM嗎?如果140批了呢?

if your company does not revoke your 140 and your 140 finally got approved, then you don't have to start over the GC process again. just use EAD to work.and wait for them to approve your 485

問題2: 如果在140沒批準的情況下，轉換工作會出現什麽樣的後果?


if 140 withdrawed or denied in the future.
if transfered H1b to new company, u r fine
if used EAD to work, then out of status.

問題3: 如果現公司繼續聘用我，用EAD卡工作會出現什麽不利的影響?
