Just called the senator's office, they said

they have been told by USCIS already that it will take 35 to 45 days to process the I485 cases that became current this months, so they will hold calling USCIS in regard with these cases until then.

Anyone has the same experience? This is so frustrating as the crazy USCIS is so unfair but there is no way to fight.
