contact congressman in your local office, they can help

my EAD was returned to USCIS as undeliverable 2 months ago. actually my address was correct! I keep calling, Infopass, etc, they made several requests of redelivery, but nothing happened!! I contacted an congressman's local office yesterday, of course a friend of mine knows somebody there. they made a contact with USCIS right away and USCIS resent out my card today!!!! It turned out those requests were sitting there without anybody having touched them until the Congressman office contacted them!!!

The trick is that you need to find an American friend who has very good communication skill call for you. American's call works a lot better than our internationals'. Plus, you need to tell them how desperately you need the card!
