請教高人，EB2,140 pending,公司合並，有影響嗎？能換工作嗎？

EB2 140pending, 公司今天被人兼並，並且改了名字，我的140 和perm還有效嗎？

另外，現在有一個offer,同種工作，職位高一級，我能不能換呢？如果換了，日期優先能不能帶走？
