Let's send complaints to Ombudsman to ask for FIFO processing

If we (2004, 2005 PDs) flood with complaints to Ombudsman, may help them to use FIFO based on PD or RD

And in column 12, I wrote description of your case problem as:

August 2008 visa bulletin is current with PD of 6/2006 for EB2 485 applicants.

Based on my observation of those approved cases at NSC and at TSC these days, all approved cases carry a PD of 2005 or 2006.

I don't see FIFO rule is followed while approving pending 485. I have a PD of 6/2004, and notice date of 8/2006. I am worried all people after me will be approved this month, while people with 2004 PD like me are left.
