我記得有人說如果用了遞485時候申請的工卡或者回美證,原來的身份自動就作廢了,所以猶豫要不要給她再申請新的ead.可不可以先繼續用現在的ead,不跟隨485一起遞I765, 繼續保持J2身份,如果以後J2身份需要變的話再遞I765 申請新的工卡? 多謝!!
