I called today and get nothing useful info. Usually a customer service representitive will answer my call but today it is an IO and he told me nothing even without ask my I-485 receipt number. Is this normal? Last Friday I tried to call around 12:30PM(PST) and system response no IO available and transferred my call to National process center. Why do not they transfer my call to customer service?
Anybody call NSC today?
