It seems that the 485 cases for Chinese filed around July 07 are being processed according to the 485 receiving dates. My friend's PD was slightly earlier than yours, but the date to get the 485 receipt was in late August 07. The reason was that there was a rush for the medical examm and he couldn't get an earlier appointment. Hope they will process those cases soon.
