You the man Pjiang. Thank you very nuch. I got Q1 and Q3(Sorry had the stupid Q3). Make sure Q2 again:
H4 used EAD for 3M, should be AOS and not H4 status right now. H1 didn't use EAD and keep H1 status(485 pengding not visa #). He can extend another 3 yr(after 6 yr). Can H4 who used EAD, is AOS not H4 status, still extend 3yr with H1 qulified extend 3yr? Thanks!
