急問Pijiang and xiaobaitu: 140&485 pending >365 天,公司內部relocate可以嗎？

大蝦們， 請問： 我的140&485 pending超過1年， LC是在加州批的。 可以在本公司內部relocate 到德州的office嗎？ 做同樣的工作， 同樣的title.

如果因為140未批而不行， 可以在140批了之後嗎？
