急! 請交小白兔關於補辦綠卡的ASC appintment notice

小白兔,我收到了National benefits center寄來的ASC appointment notice.它要求我去application support center to have my biometrics taken,並要求必須帶"disposition of arrest(s)". 我想這種東西又不是每個人都會有,為什麽它要強調"must bring"呢? 原文是這樣的: Disposition of arrest(s). Applicants must bring certified or original evidence of disposition of any arrest/charge in or outside the U.S.......Failure to provide this information may result in your application being delayed or denied.
那個"MUST"還是用黑體的. 它不是說"If applicants have disposition of arrest, then they must bring it, 而是說Applicants 一定要帶這個"dispositon of arrest",請問是我理解錯了嗎,到底是怎麽回事啊.
