請教PJiang,donkeyroad,other experts:"處理日期"令我困惑

根據公布的４８５處理日期，Texas Center 已處理到2007 七月１６日 (通知日期)， 但是移民論壇中已有好幾位朋友遞交485 (EB1-a or EB1-b)是 2007 十月，485已批準了, 綠卡已到手.

如何解釋這一點。
