I almost have same situation as you, When you make InforPass appointment, below steps are correct? Please confirm, thanks

1. Please select Kind of Service you need:
choose: You need Service on a case that has already been filed

2.Services on a case that has already been filed
choose: Case Services follow-up appointment -
