for those pending over a few years, we already recommend WOM, no matter which the district Court you are in, because after a few years pending, you have nothing to lose, and typically they will act quickly for those too long cases. Last month we have one naturalization applicant filed to a very tough Court, surprised AUSA even didn't fight back, just passed the interview, and will soon have FP and take oath.

If you have nothing hide with your application, then go for WOM.
