So, I just write to USCIS with the decision about my second travel document USCIS sent me 04/11/08. And tell them they might made a mistake, i didn't receive any of it, and my attorney forgot to forward this notice to me. therefore, I responsed it so late. Wish them they can double check it and send me my AP again.
