（１）老公現在辦PERM開始以後的綠卡辦理，會不會影響老婆的下次（０９年１月就要再續申請TN，因為０８年１月申請的TN一年到了）TN申請？？
-不會影響 except that the wife has filed her I-485.

（２）加拿大籍夫妻這樣的申請綠卡情況，是必需同時申請？還是什麽階段把老婆加進來？
-No. Ony when the hu*****and's Priority Date is current, his wife can file her I-485 (把老婆加進來).

公司好不容易同意辦綠卡了，而且開始辦PERM了，但老婆的情況如何處置?
-The wife has kept her own legal status valid until the the hu*****and's Priority Date is current.

Please keep in mind that the Chinese citizen are equal to the Chinese Canadian in the GC applciation if the Chinese Canadian was born in Mainland China. If the Chinese Canadian was not born in Mainland China, the only thing different is that tthis Chinese Canadian priority Date is current at present.
