Pjiang and other expert, separate 290Bs for denied I140 and I485

Pjiang and 各位前輩, 學校的律師實在太糟糕，我隻好麻煩大家了。
我的140 and 485 同時被據， 學校律師將file a MTR/appeal 290B for the denied 140 ONLY. They even doesn't want to give me suggestion about denied I485 since my I485 was self-filed. Do I have to file MTR/appeal 290B for this denied I485 separately? Or a single 290B for I140 will cover both my denied I140 and denied I485? Thanks!
