NIW Question

I have quite a few Papers in Chinese (about 9) plus a pile of conference abstracts. I guess I will just let the conference abstracts go and don't mention them at all. But for the papers, shall I include them in my publication list? All the papers have English title and abstract on the last page. Also there is a Chinese book chapter (about 60 pages). Since Immigration officers they don't understand CHinese at all, I wonder what I should do. Put them in the list and provide the chinese copy (of papers)? It is not practical for me to translate every paper into English....
