Pjiang and Xiaobaitu and experts and friends,now NIW worth if EB

Hi Dear Pjiang , xiaobaitu and other friends: Do you think NIW worth to start now if EB3 was filed in 2006 and I140 is approved and I485 was filed? EB3 is not available now, how long can this last and what will be the next cutoff date if you predict? I will really appreciate any thought.Thanks
