good article, but the 5-27-2008 version of I-765 is the only version USCIS will accept now, so you need to update. Well, but I don't see often that USCIS reject I-765 due to form expiration even though they said they would reject them. Just like USCIS cash the checks payable to "USCIS" or "DHS" all the time even though they say we must spell the words.
