to file motion for I-485 denied because of main applicant's I-485 denial? I just filed a motion to reopen and reconsider for my denied I-485 (due to an error made by USCIS). My wife's and my daughter's I-485 were aslo denied because mine denied. But I did not file motions for them after I read your article "鳴不平的的 I-290B "http://blog.wenxuecity.com/blogview.php?date=200804&postID=22968#I140-485".
I worry a little if USCIS requests motions for my dependants but I do not make them for my dependants in 30 days, which will bring unbelievable consequence to my wife and daughter. I would really appreciate it if you could indicate any legal document to support no need motion for dependants.
Thank you for your preciuos information.
Sorry, maybe I worry too much these days.
