我母親已經去世, 正在為父親申請移民.

填I-130 FORM 時, 有個問題請教.

我選Widowed.

那麽11 和 12 項怎麽填呢?
11. Name(s) of Prior Hu*****and(s)/Wive(s)
12. Date(s) Marriage(s) Ended

填我媽媽的名字? "Date(s) Marriage(s) Ended" 填我媽媽的去世日期?
