請教，關於美國F1親屬移民轉綠卡的問題

我2007年來美國，目前是F1。家裏在1999年申請了親屬移民（我祖母申請我母親全家），最近廣州領館發信要求麵談。請問我這種情況是否必須要回國麵談？是否可以在美國完成F1轉綠卡？
