I think USCIS are insane, or they need an excuse. They (FBI) just get a lot of money on Name check from Congress, how could they explian that they are still not working on cases? as a legal immigrant, we are suffered from the stupid policies. Terriosts can get GC musch faster than us if they want, they do not need a GC, they just take actions. We leagal immigrants are those who pay the tax, support the research and economy, we paid a lot to be palyed by USCIS. REMEMBER last july mess, and now the memo, who knows what will happen in the next few months? stupid people are making stupid policies.
