I have a question about how to transfer your NIW 485 transfered to EB1A in NSC.

Did you apply for one 485 or two 485?

My NIW 140 have approved. I want to apply EB1.Because my 485 applied with NIW last July. My lawyer told me I can only have one 485. I can only apply for EB1 I140.
