most likely your name check is not clear yet, and seems name check is not simple as we think, see articles as "how tend to be stuck with name check" 這裏

apparently you still have not done interview yet, and now because the name check is not clear, they typically will NOT arrange the interview, to avoid the 1447(b) article, see 這裏
