關於綠卡--網上為什麽查不到我們的號碼

上個月，移民局給我們來了封信，說是預防針沒打全，我們就去補全了，並把材料寄出了，而移民局也收到了，可這以後再也沒音訊了，連網上也查不到我們的號碼了。知情的人能否跟我說說這是怎麽回事？謝謝啦！
