GC will be same as those NC clear-10 yrs, the difference is that USCIS can revoke your card if later the name check turn out something bad for you, that's why USCIS's name check does NOT apply to naturalization case, because it will be extremely difficult to revoke citizenship once they are naturalized, but it is much easier to revoke green card.
