急問各位高人, 我可以reschedule(提前) 2nd 打指模的日期嗎?

剛收到CIS 的RFE 被要求3周後去local打第二次指模. 為什麽要這麽久才能去打啊, 鬱悶啊. 向大家求助, 謝謝先!
