Sorry, we don't have much experience with online filing of I-765 (it's a kind of risk since sometimes the computer system will make an error). However, when an applicant mail the I-765 application to the CIS, if it's the applicant's mistake, then we usually suggest that the applicant resubmit the application with fee. If it's the CIS's mistake, then the applicant can write a letter to request a correction.
