Xiaobaitu and Pjiang, can you help my Eb3-EB2 case

EB3 PD 2005-12
Want to transfer to EB2.

1. Do I need to find similar jobs in EB2?

2. If I find a company which can sponsor EB2, when my perm is
approved, can I file I-140 and I-485 together because my PD past current EB2 priority date?

it is very important for my family
