去年7月指的是485的收到日期，EB2排期是遞140(NIW)或者LC的日期

印度在放水前的排期是04/04，所以下個月會有很多人到了排期，06/06，兩年的時間會有多少人啊，真不知道移民局安的什麽心。排期到了一般按485的收到日期來處理，也就是說如果排期靠前但是遞485晚的，就會吃虧。
