請問pjiang,小白兔:I-485 8月排期到了,但還沒收到打指紋通知.

我們一家三人於07年7月遞交了I-485, 8月排期就到了,但自今我們三人還沒收到打指紋通知.我給USCIS打過兩次電話,接話人說給file a request, 但沒收到回音.

請問我該怎麽辦? 謝謝!
