TN renewal got rejected...need advice pls,xiaobatu and pijing.th

I got rejected for my TN renewal. The officer suspected my job is developer not system analyst.unfountuatlly, he found a 8 pages documents in my bag which i didn't read carefully(i did not sign that document). in that doc, there are 2 words"web developer". then he rejected me. Now my question is if i want to try apply TN again, do I need to go the same border office, or I can choose another one? Thank you.
