who has relinked successfully in two Center?(NSC to TSC)

I filed NIW I-140&I-485 on July,2007 in NSC.Feb,2008 I changed my job in another state university belongs to TSC Center. June,2008 my I-140 approval.Now I file the EB1B I-140 to TSC.The school lawyer doesn't let me file another I-485. She told me after my I140 approval,she will relink for me.But she only relinked successful in the same center.She never relink in differenent center before.So who has relinked successfully in two center?I do like to file another I-485, but now I should follow her order. After my case approval,she can't relink my I-485.Can I file I-485 by myself?Thank you for your advise.
