I discussed this with PJ teacher,the critial point is when your H1 extension will be approved. Many ppl ignore the timing of H1 approve. Here is his answer.
Q:* If we leave U.S. during H1b extension/transfer, H1b approved while we are outside of U.S. Then, we use AP to come back. What our status will be?
PJ:- Parole
Q:* If we leave U.S. during H1b extension/transfering, H1b approved after we come back by using AP. What our status will be?
PJ:- H-1B

My question now: Once we are on Parole status, will we still eligible to use approved H1 until it's expiration date regardless I485 is reject or not?
