Xiaobaitu and Pjiang: Can I work with I-485 approval notice

instead of EAD or I still need to renew EAD in order to work? Normally how long will it take to get green card after I-485 approval? My I-485 was approved on 7/7, one week after I-140 approval.

I would appreciate your response.
