如果老公在8月初到美國遞交485，可否在兩周內離開美國，以後再申請H-4或者等到AP下來後郵寄到中國後回美？

- After he gets the I-485 receipt, he can leave and come back with H-4 later. He needs to get the AP first in U.S. if he wants use AP to get back to U.S. from China.

如果老婆的485在老公遞交485之前批準，是否不能再申請485而必須在美國之外等待申請移民簽證？據說需要兩年多時間。

- If he is in U.S., he can submit I-485 and if he is in China, he can go Consulate Processing (using follow-to-join in both situations).
