黨員、現役軍官可能過來以及辦綠卡嗎？

國內一同學的弟弟要來美讀研。其女朋友是軍校畢業，黨員、現役軍官。如果他們繼續的話，將來她可能過來陪讀以及辦綠卡嗎？謝謝！
