I just found that my attorney did not put the copy of my I140 approved notice in the files of my I485 (EB2)application (Part2: A), which was sent on Jul.1, 2007. My I40 was already approved on Jun.2006 with PD (March, 2006). My I140 case was soft updated on Aug.2007 again. I got my fingerprint on Sep.2007. Would you please give me suggestion about how to deal with this problem? I appreciate your help! Thanks!
