這樣的怪事您遇到過嗎？

昨日我通過美國郵政(USPS)的EXPRESS MAIL將EAD申請寄往德州處理中心。今晚USPS的
網站跟蹤了一下，吃驚地發現今早11：44AM第一次投遞失敗、留了通知。我反複查
看並沒有寫錯地址。難道今天德州處理中心不接客？這樣的怪事您遇到過嗎？
