double 485 case?

My wife:
EB3, Priority date 11/1/2006 (not current). I-485 filed 11/1/2006. I-140 approved.She is the main applicant. I had filed 485 together as beneficiary.

Me:
EB2, Priority date 5/31/2006 (now current). Filed 485 7/1/2007( remember the chaos day last summer?). I-140 approved. My wife did not file 485 as beneficiary yet.

Now, should she file 485 as beneficiary of my EB2?

If so, there are two set of cases going on. I remember some one says it may cause confusion. But EB3 is so slow...
