You said that "In parole status, you may still enjoy H/L benefits." Do you mean after using AP, I can still use previously approved H1 to work(without doing anything) until H1 is expired?

My quesiton is that if my H1 transfer approved before using AP, my status will become AOS anyways even my new H1 will be expired on 9/2011. Is that right?

By this logic, my status becomes AOS after using AP. That's means using AP invalids my new H1. Is that correct?
