Agree. USCIS has very wide discretion in adjuducating immigration cases and are subject to almost no judiciary checking. Some lawyers always tout how fast their cases were approved. Actually this is another kind of misleading. Every case is different. That fact that some cases were approved very quickly does not mean that your case will have the same luck.
