1. 向經辦H1B的律師要2006年收到申請的NOTICE(這個我沒有拿到, 在律師那裏.
我們在EMAIL要掃描件)和2006年11月的補充材料的NOTICE(這個他的EMAIL裏麵有掃描件). 那麽加上拿到的H1B批準的NOTICE(這個老公現在有, 押在大使館呢), 應該能證明他在H1B批準前是在等待批準.
- On his I-797 approval notice, there is a "Received Date". Since his petition was filed in June, the date should be earlier than Sep.

2.說明申請等待期間是合法的.這個上哪裏找?我到HOMELAND SECURITY(DHS)的網站上沒找到相關信息. 能找到的請幫忙.
