She needs to meet her own condition to get H1 beyond 7th years.
Not sure whether this applies to her. Her H4 times, if any, no longer counted toward H1 6 years limit after 2006 Aytes memo. Some people were able to reclaim H1 years spent as H4/L2 since then.
