Not to worry. No one will ever look at your AR-11. This law that you need to report address change has been existed for more than 40 years, but only after 2002, this law was used to deport some Arab male LPRs who did not violate US laws but were high terrorism risk. So FBI and INS had to resort to this law to detain and deport them legally.
