請教大家一個L-1 Visa 的事. Thank you!

My friend was interviewed by USA Consulate in Beijing on May 13, 2008. They said thay would "FUC" (follow up on call) to inform her to get her passport back next week. It has been two months already. My friend has never heard anything from them.

What should she do to get her passport back? How to contact USA Consulate in Beijing to ask them what is going on?
